Ron and Debbie Bush came to House of Grace in 1999 to help with the administrative aspects of our ministry.  Ron earned a Biblical Studies degree from Evangel University in Missouri, a Masters of Divinity in Church History from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Missouri, and also studied Church History at the University of Iowa.  Before coming to us, Ron served as associate pastor for 10 years in Iowa City, Iowa and pastored for 12 years in Tennessee.

Debbie received a degree in Elementary Education from Evangel University and a master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Tennessee’s Trevecca Nazarene College.  She has taught kindergarten in the Tennessee public school system since 1988.

Ron and Debbie were married while at Evangel University.  They have two grown children, David and Michelle.  The entire family has a strong commitment to home and foreign missions, and all have participated in numerous missions trips and projects since 1990.

The Bushes also work with young boys in the Royal Rangers program in our local church, and Ron is a Nashville Sectional Royal Ranger leader.

Mickey McCullough, our Children’s Ministries Director, has worked with the children of our church in various roles since her teenage years.  Mickey spent many years as Sunday School teacher, Missionette sponsor, Bible Quiz coach, and Drama Team director.  She now leads our Children’s Church services, coaches Junior Bible Quiz, and coordinates special family events for House of Grace.  Mickey is also a tremendous asset to her husband Roy as he serves our church as the Royal Ranger Senior Commander and a member of the Deacon Board.

Mickey has lived in the Gallatin area all of her life and graduated from Gallatin High School. She worked at various jobs before going back to school to earn an Associate Degree in Fashion Merchandising.  However, children came along, so she worked at various part-time jobs while being a full-time Mom and has considered her job as mother her highest calling.
She has been married to Roy McCullough, also a Gallatin High School graduate, for 32 years, and has home-schooled their two sons, Nick and Zack.  She teaches a weekly homeschool enrichment class for K-3 students with Aaron Academy in Hendersonville.

Jeff and Andrea Moss lead the Frontline Ministries youth program here at House of Grace.  Their passion is to show and teach the love of Jesus Christ to every young person they encounter.  Their goal is to fully equip and prepare this generation to be the future church.

Jeff is from Hendersonville, Tennessee and Andrea from Mont Belvieu, Texas. Andrea is currently enrolled in T-SOM (Tennessee District School of Ministry) with the Assemblies of God and is working toward her ministerial ordination.  She is also in her fifth year of cosmetology.  Jeff is employed by Enterprise of Gallatin and graduated from Vol State, majoring in business management.
